We recently used their service for a seniors' picnic from Calgary to Banff, and despite booking last minute, the experience was excellent. Our non-profit community organization had an excellent experience with Go Calgary Shuttles for our July 27, 2024 day trip from Calgary to Banff town site and Johnson Canyon in the Banff National Park.  We booked two buses for the day trip with them for 80 people and Azim Riaz in the office was very attentive and always available on the phone and email to answer different questions we had to help us plan and finalize our itineraries.  On the day of the trip, Azim made sure the buses were ready, left the depot on time and called me to confirm the buses had left the depot for us and that we can expect them to be at the pick up location on time as scheduled and they did.  The buses were clean and equipped as advertised.  The bus drivers, Nor and Tariq, were very professional, helpful and accommodating to our guests.  They asked me to confirm our itinerary with them at the beginning of the day and confirmed where they can park and drop off the passengers at the different destinations so that there were no surprises to us and they picked us up again at the different locations as scheduled and on time.
